PAST PROJECTS

Fruitcake Productions acknowledges the traditional Owners of the land on which we create, work and live; the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation and pay our respects to Elders of this land. We recognise the past atrocities against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this land and the lost of language, communities and story due to genocide and dispossession.  Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.

 

We also acknowledge the role of English institutions past and present in global colonisation and oppression. As a company we aim to engage with and resist continued colonial structures within the theatre space and beyond. We thrive to make Fruitcake Productions a Safe, Inclusive and Diverse for Theatre Makers Everywhere.
